Serious Play Certified

This week  I had the awesome opportunity to complete my Level One Gamification Certification under the awesome direction of world-renowned gamification gurus Monica Cornetti and Dr. Pete Jenkins. The certification course was offered as a full-day pre-conference training for the Serious Play Conference, and I joined with about 50 other professionals from the fields of education, healthcare, government, military, technology, and corporate career tracks from all over the United States learning how we can better leverage game-inspired design to engage our target audiences.

logoIn order to complete the level one certification, we were tasked with designing a sample game with goal of getting fictional employees of an equally fictional company to enroll in a healthcare initiative to reduce employee stress, burnout, and turnover. The template of the game I created is provided below. Feel free to use it as inspiration in your own game design!
